Pass Matriculation / Foundation in Science / Pre-Medical Program with a CGPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) in THREE (3) subjects: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics; AND
Minimum grade for each subject is C (CGPA 2.0); AND
Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / O level with at least 5Bs in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics / Additional Mathematics, and ONE (1) other subject; OR
Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with BBB, ABC, or AAC or CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0) in THREE (3) subjects: Biology, Chemistry, and
Physics/Mathematics; OR
Pass Diploma in Health Sciences with a CGPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0); AND Pass SPM / O level with at least 2Bs in Biology and/or Chemistry and/or
Physics; AND achieve THREE (3) credits in English, Mathematics / Additional Mathematics, and ONE (1) other subject; OR
Pass Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) in Health Sciences / Pure / Applied Sciences; OR
Pass with a CGPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) in Arts and Humanities.
